Refund Policy

At manckind we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, which we will be happy to do.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning an item, it is your responsibility to pay for postage and packing if , for example, you chose the wrong size of  T-shirt or poster, or if the item has been opened and/or used. If the item was damaged or defective when you received it, contact  manckind immediately and, if practical, send us photos of the damaged item to us. We will endeavour to make sure that we send the same item out to you again at no cost to your good self.

To start the process of returning an item, you should contact us at manckindone@gmail.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] . When the returned item is back with us, we will let you know whether or not your refund is accepted.

 If your refund is accepted, we will contact you and initiate the process of reimbursement so that the matter can be resolved within 10 days. If your reimbursement  has not happened within the 10 days, and after you have checked with your bank/credit card company, get in touch with manckind.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can choose another item. That's, of course if it's a straightforward swap for the same product. Otherwise, you will pay the difference if the new product is of a higher value. If it's of a lower value, you will get the difference returned to you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped by manckind into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
